Groups 1, 13, 25, 37, and 49 will be disconnected from 18:30 to 21:00, while Groups 2, 14, 26, 38, and 50 face outages from 20:30 to 23:30. Residents in groups not listed — designated as "others without disconnection" — should maintain normal supply unless emergency conditions require additional restrictions.
The rotating outages reflect ongoing strain on Ukraine's energy infrastructure following sustained Russian missile and drone attacks on power generation and transmission facilities since October 2022. Recent overnight strikes on energy sites in Kyiv and the surrounding region have further damaged electricity and heating supply installations, intensifying the need for controlled load shedding to prevent uncontrolled grid failures.
