Kyiv Digital will reimburse passengers for unused rides bought at previous fare rates, with funds credited to the "My Wallet" transport card within a week.

Kyiv Digital will refund passengers for unused trips purchased at previous tariff rates, the Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) announced.

The reimbursement will be credited to the "My Wallet" electronic purse on transport cards within one week, according to the statement.

The old fare structure, which applied before the latest price adjustment, set the per-ride cost on a sliding scale: 30 hryvnias for 1–9 trips, 28.90 hryvnias for 10–19 trips, 27.80 hryvnias for 20–29 trips, 26.60 hryvnias for 30–39 trips, 25.50 hryvnias for 40–49 trips, and 25 hryvnias for a bundle of 50 trips.

The measure aims to compensate riders who purchased multi-ride packages before the new pricing took effect, ensuring they are not disadvantaged by the transition.

KMDA did not specify the total number of affected passengers or the overall financial impact of the refunds.
