Kyiv Attack Leaves Seven Injured, Three Dead Across Three Districts
A series of strikes across Sviatoshyn, Solomianskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts killed three people and wounded seven, including a State Emergency Service rescuer, while damaging homes, a bathhouse, vehicles and other infrastructure.
At least seven people were injured and three killed in a series of attacks across three Kyiv districts today, according to the city’s emergency management agencies.
In the Sviatoshyn district, two women aged 46 and 95 died, while three women and one man in neighboring apartment buildings were wounded by the blast wave that spread through the residential area.
The Solomianskyi district recorded the death of an enterprise worker and injuries to two other employees who were on the premises at the moment of the strike.
A rescuer from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine was struck by a subsequent attack while providing aid to victims in the Holosiivskyi district.
The strikes damaged private houses, a bathhouse, unfinished constructions, vehicles and other infrastructure across the capital. The assault follows a pattern of intensified Russian aerial attacks on Kyiv in recent weeks, which have repeatedly targeted civilian areas in these same districts and caused multiple casualties.
