Soft Skills Summit 2026 in Kyiv to address thriving in the AI era

Soft Skills Summit 2026 will bring together business owners, executives, HR and L&D specialists, trainers, psychologists, coaches and consultants to examine how individuals, teams and organizations can remain successful amid rapid change and the rise of artificial intelligence. The international event focuses on modern approaches to human, team and organizational development in the AI era.

The three-day program runs from 12 to 14 September 2026 and is built around three tracks: Human, Team and Organization. The summit will be held online, with an in-person component in Kyiv on the first day.

More than 70 Ukrainian and international experts are scheduled to speak, including Andriy Fedoriv, Richard E. Boyatzis, Julian Treasure and Renata Delporte. Sessions will feature practical cases, tools and frameworks for developing people and organizations.
