Kyiv to Launch Temporary Bus Route 1M From Palats Sportu to Lisova Metro Station on September 3

Kyiv is launching a temporary bus route to improve public transit access and bolster cross-river connections starting September 3. The No. 1M service will run between Palats Sportu and the Lisova metro station, designated as "Palats Sportu — st. m. Lisova," providing an additional cross-city transport link in the capital.

The route will travel through central Kyiv before crossing the Metro Bridge and continuing along Brovarskyi Avenue, closely following the above-ground portion of the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska metro line. The service mirrors key segments of the metro corridor as it heads toward the city's left bank, where the Lisova station is located. It is intended to provide additional transit links between Kyiv's right bank and left bank while the temporary arrangement remains in effect.

Stops along the bidirectional route include Palats Sportu, the city center, Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street, Knyaziv Ostrozkykh Street, Naberezhne Shose, the Metro Bridge, Brovarskyi Avenue, Raisy Okipnoi Street, Malyshka Street, Kioto Street, and the Lisova metro station. Buses will operate in both directions.
