In 2025, working Ukrainian refugees contributed approximately 94 billion zlotys, representing 2.4% of Poland’s gross domestic product. The employment rate among Ukrainian refugees has risen to 76%, with another 13% of working-age individuals engaged in self-employment.
Since 2022, Ukrainians have filed nearly 135,000 business registration applications, underscoring growing entrepreneurial activity.
Social payments from Poland accounted for only 10% of refugee household income, while transfers from Ukraine made up just 2%, indicating high labor market integration.
