Kyiv City State Administration announced that selected Centres for Administrative Services will continue functioning during yellow air raid alerts, using basement and ground-floor shelters, while all centres close during red alerts.

Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) has announced that a number of Centres for Administrative Services (CNAPs) will remain open during the yellow air raid alert level, providing services in designated safe basement and ground-floor premises. The decision aims to maintain access to essential administrative functions while protecting visitors and staff during air threats.

The following locations will continue operations: the main CNAP department at 19-B Dniprovska Naberezhna; in Holosiivskyi district at 42 Holosiivskyi Prospekt and 43 Nauky Prospekt; in Desnianskyi district at 29 and 15 Chervonoi Kalyny Prospekt and 39-A Lisovyi Prospekt; in Dniprovskyi district at 1/1 Ivana Kotliarevskoho Boulevard; and in Shevchenkivskyi district at 24 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street.

In Solomianskyi district, services will be available only by prior appointment at 41 and 40 Povitianykh Syl Prospekt and 40 Chokolivskyi Boulevard. KMDA emphasized that during a red air raid alert all capital CNAPs will suspend operations entirely.

The measure reflects a balance between ensuring continuity of public services and adhering to civil defense protocols. Residents are advised to monitor official channels for updates on alert levels and centre availability.
