Xiaomi unveils SkyNomad N90 Max Explorer Edition hybrid camper crossover

Xiaomi has unveiled a camping-oriented hybrid crossover, the SkyNomad N90 Max Explorer Edition, which ships from the factory with integrated overnight gear. The vehicle includes a roof-integrated tent, rear seats that fold flat into a bed, 360-degree ambient lighting, and heated floors.

A liftable roof raises the cabin height to 2.29 meters, allowing occupants to stand upright inside. Xiaomi says the hybrid powertrain produces 422 horsepower and gives the crossover a total range of up to 1,688 kilometers, reducing the need for frequent refueling or charging stops.

The N90 Max Explorer Edition expands the Skynomad line after Xiaomi unveiled the N70 on September 7, 2026. That earlier five-seat hybrid crossover offered a 1,461 km total range, a 505 km electric-only range, a 416 hp flagship, and a $31,300 starting price in China.

In China, the SkyNomad N90 Max Explorer Edition starts at ¥299,900, roughly $41,000. Xiaomi is positioning it as a factory-built adventure vehicle for buyers who want built-in camping accommodation. The company did not announce export markets or international pricing.
