More than 24,000 Ukrainians invested 1 billion hryvnia in Vyriy Industries through the Inzhur MilTech fund in 20 days to expand FPV drone production for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
More than 24,000 Ukrainians have invested 1 billion hryvnia in Vyriy Industries, one of Ukraine’s largest FPV drone manufacturers, through the Inzhur MilTech fund over a 20-day period. The capital will expand production and increase drone supplies to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Inzhur MilTech is an investment vehicle launched in recent weeks that lets Ukrainian citizens invest directly in scaling defense manufacturing. The projected average annual simple yield over three years is 25–29 percent in hryvnia. Under the arrangement, Vyriy Industries issued corporate bonds and Inzhur served as underwriter; investors buy fund certificates, and the fund pools their contributions to purchase the manufacturer’s bonds.
The proceeds add to Vyriy Industries’ working capital, allowing it to prepay for components and fulfill more contracts. On August 14, rating agency Standard-Rating assigned the company and its bonds a long-term uaBBB credit rating with a stable outlook, to be updated quarterly. Deloitte is set to audit the fund’s 2026 financial statements, including asset valuations.
With more than 1 billion hryvnia raised in under a month, the fund’s managers, Andriy Zhurzhiy of Inzhur and Oleksiy Babenko of Vyriy Industries, have scheduled a live Q&A on September 8 for journalists and investors.
