House on Tisza, Six Apartments in Faina Town, and Lexus from UPG: Assets Found in Family of MP Areshonkov

Ukrainian MP Vladimir Areshonkov (Dovira), Verkhovna Rada law enforcement committee member, voted summer 2025 for bill 12414 limiting NABU/SAP independence (263 votes; repealed). In July 2022 his 88-year-old mother bought a 200-sq-m Vyshkovo estate on the Tisza for 812k UAH (market $100–120k; State Property Fund April 2026: 8.5M UAH).

After Schemy inquiries, the property sold in two weeks to daughter-in-law Marina Kryvodybska for 2.8M UAH (~1/3 of valuation). Notary Stanislav Ivchuk, Areshonkov’s assistant, handled the sale and donated the grandmother’s Faina Town apartment to the grandson. Journalists found a 2016 Lexus LX 450 insured in 2018 to UPG co-owner Vladimir Petrenko (2019 campaign donor; son was aide). Areshonkov’s 2025 declaration lists the Lexus as used by power of attorney.

Son Vitaliy Areshonkov, Bureau of Economic Security since 2022 (analyst, department head 2023, union chief), saw his family acquire six Faina Town apartments 2019–2023. Wife Alexandra holds ~3.5M UAH units vs 1.4M UAH 20-year income; her parents bought two more; daughter bought one; grandmother gifted apartments. Family’s Kyiv assets and vehicles ≥12M UAH (excluding Tisza). Areshonkov’s 2025 declaration shows no personal property or cars — only 952,529 UAH salary and 217,713 UAH pension.
