Radar Specialist Warns Mass Strike Possible Tonight, Citing Russian Radar and Naval Activity

Multiple indicators suggest Russia may be preparing a large-scale aerial strike tonight, according to a Ukrainian military radar specialist who uses the call sign “Grey Cardinal.”

In a signals-intelligence assessment, he says Russian radar units have already transmitted possible target coordinates to strike aircraft. He also reports observing aircraft being armed with missiles, pilots adjusting their communication frequencies, and Russian cruisers putting to sea in the Black Sea.

The specialist, identifying himself as a member of Ukraine’s military radar forces, monitors intercepted Russian signals to track imminent threats.
