The workforce reduction reflects the mounting operational challenges faced by major Ukrainian businesses amid ongoing hostilities. Fozzy Group operates hundreds of Silpo supermarkets nationwide and manages extensive logistics networks supplying retail and wholesale channels. The company did not specify the number of positions affected or whether retail floor staff would be impacted.
